Course at Schofield Barracks</title><content type='html'>Well, the first unit has had their first taste of what Warrior Fitness Concepts has to offer.  I don't think we disappointed either.  Everyone had a great time, got a lot of great working out and left with a sense that Military PT is ready for the change we have to offer.  WFC's next course is on-going with another unit in Schofield Barracks.  Pics to follow. We are a group of military members that are highly motivated to help our nation's greatest warriors in fitness/rehab/nutrition.  We are unveiling our introductory course: &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;S.A.W. Level I.  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;It is a week long course that trains the soldier how to instruct level I exercises, develop squad level training, and counsel on basic nutrition matters.
